The gimbal mount is one of our most popular mounts.  This mount will adapt your pre installed flush mount into a multi-unit rod holder. It comes with both a straight slot, and a bayonet locking slot on the bottom of the gimbal mount. 

For exact positioning the mount will adjust to angle up to 33° and rotate to any position to suit your needs. When you have the unit in position simply tighten down the two 5/16" hex screws on the front side.  To ensure that our gimbal mount will NEVER slip we also include a set screw on the back side of the mount (as shown in the pictures to the right).  After the two hex screws are tightened, drive the set screw into the top knurled ball of the mount and you are ready to fish!
